Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2026-03-04
Third Parties
We may rely on subprocessors such as email delivery, calendar scheduling, and cloud storage providers. Those providers process data only under our instructions and quality standards agreements. We do not sell personal information. When merchants or partners receive information as part of a project you direct, they handle it under their own policies and we encourage you to review those documents before sharing sensitive data.
Use of Data
We use contact details and professional information to respond to inquiries, deliver proposals, operate projects, and maintain client relationships. Analytics cookies, if enabled with your consent, help us understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use your data for automated credit scoring or unrelated marketing profiles. Phone numbers are used for coordination related to engagements you initiate.
Contact
Questions about this Privacy Notice may be directed to team@coreview.one. When you exercise rights described below, we may request reasonable verification to protect your account from unauthorized changes. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law, typically within thirty days for requests originating in Korea unless complexity requires an extension with notice.
Retention
We retain project records for as long as needed to fulfill contracts, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Marketing correspondence is retained until you withdraw consent or object, after which we delete or anonymize data where feasible. Backup systems may retain residual copies for a limited technical period before automatic purge.
Scope
This notice applies to information collected through https://coreview.one/, related emails, and offline intake forms tied to our services. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, including merchant portals or partner tools, which maintain independent practices. If you apply for employment in the future, separate notices may apply to recruiting data.
Data Collected
We collect identifiers such as name, work email, company, phone number, and project details you voluntarily submit. Technical logs may include IP address, browser type, and timestamps when you browse the site. If you join a workshop, we may collect attendance notes and materials you upload to a shared workspace. We avoid collecting sensitive categories unless a project explicitly requires it and you provide documented consent.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information we hold. You may withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time through the preference controls on this site. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission in Korea if you believe we have infringed applicable privacy law.
Returns & Refunds
Last updated: 2026-02-02
Scope
This policy describes how fees for professional services may be credited or refunded when applicable. It does not create warranties beyond those in your statement of work. Prices shown on the site are informational and subject to written confirmation.
Exceptions
No refund is available for completed milestones that you approved in writing, for third-party pass-through costs already incurred, or when termination results from your material breach. Rush fees and custom research purchased on your behalf are generally non-refundable once ordered.
Contact
Refund requests must be emailed to team@coreview.one with project name, invoice reference, and a concise explanation. We acknowledge requests within two business days and provide a written decision within ten business days unless the matter requires additional documentation.
Eligibility
If you are a consumer under applicable Korean law, you may have statutory cooling-off rights for certain distance contracts. Where those rights apply to our services, we honor the statutory period and process refunds in accordance with regulator guidance. Business purchasers rely primarily on the remedy section of their statement of work.
Process
Approved refunds are applied to the original payment method when technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative transfer. Partial refunds may be offered when a portion of the engagement cannot be delivered due to force majeure or mutual agreement to descope work.
Timeframe
Where a fourteen-day cooling-off period applies and you have not yet consumed substantial services, we issue refunds within fourteen days of receiving a valid request. For business engagements, timelines follow the contract, and any promotional goodwill refunds are processed within thirty days of approval.
